Here's an opportunity to do something that will impact the community. Help Celestine make a difference in District 9. How can I help? How can I make a difference? There are many ways to make a difference in District Ten. You can become a "Mills Machine" member, walking door to door and urging constituents to vote for the "Top of the Ticket." Also, you can make a difference by hosting a "Meet Celestine" Party.
